Distance Selling Regulations and Cushion Parlour goods
Cushion Parlour are a web based made to order cushion and soft funishing company. All items for sale on the website are priced including VAT. A charge of £6.50 is made for postage on orders less than £200.00 in value. These postal charges apply to standard UK addresses. An additional charge may be made if delivering out of this area.
Payment can be made using most debit and credit cards using our on line payment system or by cheque or postal order.
Delivery is usually made within 10-15 working days unless notified of any additional delays.
Non Cancellation of Goods
In most cases you have various options when placing your order so that the items can be made to your personal requirments. Under these circumstances the items cannot be cancelled or sent back under the Distance Selling Regulations. When selecting an item, information stating whether the item is made to order will be clearly displayed on the page next to the item you have selected.Where goods are being returned under the Distance Selling Regulations the customer is liable for the return postage costs.
